Outstanding Client of the Quarter: Lanak & Hanna, PC

Every quarter, Afinety selects a client to name as the “Outstanding Client of the Quarter.”  This quarter we would like to recognize Lanak & Hanna.  The firm will receive a catered lunch delivered to their Orange office, along with our thanks and admiration. 

All of our clients are special to us and the relationships we form with them are very much a partnership.  The Outstanding Client of the Quarter is selected for their professionalism as well as the benefits they receive from Afinety’s unique standardization and planned refresh approach.  A professional firm like Lanak & Hanna requires a professional computer system and this becomes part of their own clients’ perception of the firm. 

We caught up with Chief Administrative Officer, Lauren Carrier, who has been with the firm for over five years. 

Lauren mentioned that she first heard of Afinety when Doug Hafford spoke at an Orange County Association of Legal Administrators’ seminar about network security.  Doug is the founder of Afinety and VP of Consulting Services. 

When asked what has been her experience with Afinety’s services, Lauren said, “Great!  They address our issues the same day and are very professional.  They also alert us when something is detected during the daily monitoring service.” 

Many Afinety clients appreciate the daily monitoring service to keep their networks running smoothly.  Unforeseen issues are resolved before they turn into larger problems and downtime is avoided.

“I really like the monitoring service because Afinety’s Pittsburgh office can fix any issues before everyone arrives to the office at 8:30 am,” Lauren added. 

Like many of our clients, Lanak & Hanna first partnered with Afinety with a network upgrade project.  Lauren explained how she still remembers making the switch to Afinety because it could not have gone any better.   “Our Project Manager was AWESOME in making sure everything was transferred over to our new servers and our programs were working before Monday morning,” explained Lauren.  “I would definitely recommend Afinety to others.”
